The Board and staff of MSC Global are committed to ensuring that all client information and the results of audits of clients’ operations are kept confidential. It is acknowledged that in some cases, clients may wish to have greater confidentiality of the data and operations for security reasons.
In order to ensure confidentiality, MSC Global has developed this Confidentiality policy which is available to all stakeholders. Further, it has developed an Impartiality and Confidentiality procedure which identifies the steps it takes and the system it has put in place, to ensure that confidentiality is not compromised in any way.
MSC Global has also established an Impartiality and Confidentiality committee whose terms of reference are clearly established, and which are available to stakeholders upon request.
If any stakeholder believes actual or potential confidentiality has been compromised by any activity by MSC Global, its staff or auditor, they are encouraged to register their concern with MSC Global. These concerns will be handled promptly by the Impartiality and Confidentiality committee and the complainant will be formally advised of the result of the committee’s deliberations.
